About Us
I have been an eBay buyer and seller for over 10 years. Originally, I began selling miscellaneous household and computer goods that we no longer needed. As time passed, I began to occasionally purchase lots or wholesale groups of items to sell to make some extra money for my family. Many items (but not ALL items) come from liquidation sales. These items are often brand new just as you would find in any retail establishment. Some items are open box/used/damaged. I work hard to inspect each item for sale and describe it's condition so you know exactly what you are bidding on. Liquidated items often come from store closings, overstock items, and returns. I start most auctions at 99 cents because I find it encourages more bidding. I am able to offer items at low prices because I acquire them in lots/pallets.

Payment Information
I accept PAYPAL ONLY for my auction items. Sorry - no money orders, checks or other forms of mailed payments due to problems in the past. Please do not email me to ask me to make an exception and take your money order. I don't take them - I am sorry for the inconvenience. Follow the eBay checkout instructions and contact me if there are any problems/questions.

All buyers are expected to contact me within 3 days of auction end. Payment must be received within 5 days of auction end unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Shipping Information
NO International Buyers Please! I've had too many negative experiences with international shipping. The only suggestion I have for you is to find a friend in the U.S. to ship the item to who can then ship it to you.

Your item will ship once payment has been received in full. Enter your zip code in the auction details page to calculate exact shipping costs/methods. Please keep all packing materials until you are positive the item was not damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, contact me immediately.

I will combine shipping on SOME items - see the individual auction details. I will combine shipping on items you win within 7 days of each other IF you contact me to let me know you are waiting to pay for all items together when they end. Please request a revised invoice at end of auctions using the eBay checkout system and I will submit back to you the revised invoice with combined shipping on all items. Shipping methods will remain the same as stated in the individual auction (most items ship priority mail).

Most items are shipping via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation through the United States Postal Service. Occasionally I ship an item Media Mail if Media Mail requirements are met.

There is NO local pickup. The Internet can unfortunately be a scary place and I have a family. I do not wish to have strangers picking up items from my home or meeting someone to make a sale. All items must be shipped.

Finally, I do not attempt to make money on shipping/handling charges. I charge a $1.00 handling fee on most items. The fee covers packing material. Your rate is based on actual USPS charges for shipping to your zip code plus the $1.00 handling fee to cover packing materials.

Return Policy
I make every effort to test items and inspect for any defects, and I try to be an honest and fair seller as I am also an eBay buyer and expect that from auctions I bid on. Most auction sales are FINAL.

As I am only human and have children underfoot, I occasionally make a mistake either in listing or shipping. The following reasons are appropriate for a return or exchange:

PLEASE read the auction description in it's entirety for a description of the item you are getting. I make every effort to give an accurate description and origin of the item.

You have THREE days from package arrival to contact me about any problems with your item. Please open and inspect your item promptly. Please keep in mind that I am not a Big Box Retail Store or a Large Business by any means - I can't accept returns for EVERY reason. I do not take returns in the case of buyer remorse; buyer didn't like the item in general; buyer needs the money for something else; etc.

Feedback
Positive feedback is left for buyers automatically once positive feedback is received. I do not leave feedback until an item is received by the buyer and feedback is left because that to me is considered a "complete transaction". I appreciate the opportunity to work with a buyer if he/she feels they have had a less than positive experience. Please contact me via email with any problems so that we can resolve any issues that arise.
